An Award-winning specialist digital marketing agency based near Twickenham is looking for Digital Producer to join the team.
This role is flexible and allows employees to split their time between working from home and working 2-3 days from the office.
The Role;
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital content projects, including;
Editorial oversight and management
Website and email design & development
Video and animation production
Podcast recording and editing
Charting and infographic production
SEO reporting and oversight
Desk research (analytics & benchmarking)
This role interfaces between the client and their requirements and the internal & external content teams and will report directly to The General Manager and the Executive Creative Director.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple client relationships against a raft of both creative and technical disciplines with the strongest of project management skills. You will be focused on ensuring all project assignments are delivered on time, on budget, and meet high-quality standards.
You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Producer, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal teams, external network partners, and clients.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management
Scope project requirements and prepare project budgets
Develop project delivery plans and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design, develop and implement digital projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Seek opportunities for improvement across all aspects of the content production lifecycle and identify strategic opportunities with clients
Your experience and competencies;
3 years+ of proven agency experience as a full-service Digital Content Producer essential (references mandatory)
Hands-on experience with project management software such as; MS Excel, Trello, Slack etc
Excellent organisation and time management skills
You will be entirely comfortable presenting digital topics to clients, colleagues, and industry peers whilst bringing relentless attention to detail and accountability for your projects. You are a natural decision-maker, who knows how to listen and nurture team members and suppliers, to get the best out of the wider project team.
**The office is also a short walk from a train station so is commutable via public transport.**
